What we do.

Fab Supported Living aims to provide Supported Living Services (SLS) aligned and compliant with the Right Support Guidance. Pivotal to our service provision, we focus on ensuring that our Service Users are entitled to live an ordinary life as any other citizen, despite challenges that might be attributed to mental health.

Our aim is to ensure that our service users live a full life and optimise on their potential and life opportunities.

We support and encourage people in many ways so that they can focus on enjoying their own home and community and living their best possible life. Our support includes:
  • Developing domestic and life skills, such as shopping, cooking and cleaning
  • Help with managing your finances
  • Support to attend college, work placements and other activities
  • Advice and advocacy, if needed
  • Help with accessing other mainstream community services
  • Keeping healthy, safe and well.

Above all, the goal is to help people build confidence and life skills so they can live the best life possible.

At Fab Supported Living we will guarantee people with mental health the choices, dignity, independence and good access to local communities.

Fab Supported Living will provide a service that will comply with the National Policy and Current Best Practice:

Who Do We Work With:

Our supported Living services are provided for people who have:
  • Mental Health (age band 18 – 65 years only)
At Fab Supported Living Limited we support all aspects of daily life to develop the skills required to live more independently. This includes:
  • Personal care
  • Shopping healthy to promote wellbeing.
  • Benefit of Physical health and exercise
  • Taking medication
  • Employment and further education
  • Participating in community-based activities
  • Paying bills and budgeting
  • Maintaining their tenancies

Our service users are experts by experience - by encouraging individuals to identify and develop their own unique skills and abilities, we can support them to bring about positive change in both their lives and the people around them.

Fab Supported Living are regulated by the Care Quality Commission and as a provider of regulated services, our governance is based on a robust framework of policies and procedures by which we are accountable. We have a commitment to our mission and values and transparency with our stakeholders. We have a structure to provide oversight over risk and governance issues which are regularly reviewed by the Senior Management Team.

Through our business planning process, we drive our vision, mission and values forward through the delivery of our strategic objectives, reinforcing our commitment to supporting more service users to move forwards with their lives.

Funding for our services comes from a variety of sources including individuals themselves and health or social care agencies.
